Pricing & Insurance

  • Many families choose to invest in services even when insurance coverage is limited. When viewed over time, early and strategic intervention often reduces the need for more intensive services later.

Strengthening foundational skills in areas like motor coordination, communication, executive functioning, and learning readiness can:

    • Reduce long-term academic support needs
    • Prevent compounding frustration and avoidance patterns
    • Improve independence at home and school
    • Decrease the emotional and financial strain of reactive interventions later

Investing early often changes the trajectory of support required in the future.

  • We are not in-network with any insurance companies. This way, we are not limited in terms of which combination of services we can offer and how much time we can spend with families.

  • We can provide patients with a receipt (superbill) to submit. While we cannot guarantee that services will be covered, some patients are reimbursed up to 100% by their Healthcare Share or Healthcare Ministry.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
